ABOUT

My name is Lizz and I am the owner of HNY Talent :)

Here is your basic “About me” section mumbo jumbo for you: I am 31 years old. I am based in PA. I am married to my best friend (ew cringe, I know). I am the mom to two chunky cats. I love pickleball, anything Nintendo, reading, cats, and am a hobby hoarder! I have over two years of doing creator management, and over 10 years in sales, marketing and management.

Years ago, I would have said I would have loved to be a hot-shot, cut throat, almost intimidating business girl. But it just isn’t me. I am goofy, I have a strong work ethic, and I see the positive in everything. What you see is what you get with me.

Now about why I run my own agency! I LOVE my job. It is fun, different, and I only sign talent that I align with. For me, being a manger is more than analytics and brand deals, it is about having a relationship with my creators! I mean don’t get me wrong, sending my creators a juicy brand deal is the best feeling in the world.

I know that some managers come and go, but I am all about the long game. I honor and nurture my connections with brands and agencies so my talent are getting the best opportunities. I realize I may come off nice and innocent, but don’t take my kindness for weakness. I will ALWAYS advocate for my talent.
